Privacy notice
LGwU is built around private, controlled, and limited client access. The website and portal are designed to keep client records organised, reduce unnecessary exposure, and protect sensitive project-related information through secure account access, controlled visibility, and careful internal handling.
Our privacy approach
Privacy is treated as part of the working process, not as an afterthought. LGwU uses a private portal model so that project records, payment proofs, reopen requests, and client communication can be handled in a controlled environment rather than through scattered or exposed channels.
Information we may collect
The portal may store client profile details, aliases, usernames, project records, service codes, payment records, uploaded payment proof files, reopen requests, dispute records, or contact messages, and other records needed for account security and operational tracking.
Payment proofs and uploaded files
Uploaded payment proofs and related files are stored for review, confirmation, and record-keeping. These files are not made public. Access is limited to authorised use within the portal and admin system. Users should only upload files that are relevant, accurate, and safe.
Contact messages
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored so the LGwU team can review and respond to them. Replies may be sent to the email address or contact details provided by the user.
Access control
Portal access is restricted to authorised users. The system uses authenticated routes, role-based access checks, private login credentials, and controlled admin/client views to limit access to the correct records. Clients can only access the information intended for their account.
Security technologies
LGwU uses modern security practices and carefully selected software controls to protect the website and portal. These include password hashing, CSRF protection, prepared database statements, session security settings, role-based access checks, restricted upload handling, and private admin-controlled workflows. Additional server-side, hosting-level, and proprietary security tools may also be used where appropriate to strengthen privacy and system protection.
Security limitations
LGwU takes privacy and security seriously, but no website, portal, database, hosting environment, or online system can be considered completely risk-free. Users should keep their login details private, use secure devices, and report any suspected account misuse as soon as possible.
Updates to this notice
This privacy notice may be updated when the website, portal, security practices, workflow, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the LGwU website or portal after an update means the user accepts the revised privacy notice.
